The apartment was lovely and the entrance was incredible. It could not have been in a better location as well for shopping, sightseeing, restaurants. Really super for what it was.
Apartment was quite homely, optimized space and with a lot of materials to read.

Location was good, close to the Louvre, the Seine, Latin Quarter and Notre Dame.
The driver service is great, Gamla the driver is friendly and knows the city. You will need him, as he also shows you into the appartement and can be contacted if there are any problems.
The appartement itself is in a secure block just off rue de Rivoli.

Made about 3 calls to get directions and inform staff of my arrival time from Brussels yet was kept waiting in a winter night for about 3 hours!!!
Also called for Wi-Fi details and never got it resolved till I left. Had to visit McDonalds to use internet!!.
i didn't like they charge me extra 50 euros for i come at 11 p.m and this is not obvious at booking and when i said i ll cancel they told me
you ll charged the night cause you canceled in day of staying . this upset me taking into consideration i didn't benefit by the room for 1 hour.

I had issues with my door key, which has a chip in it which should let you in the main door. Mine only worked once, but that may have been me!
The appartement is not big, the bed is a sofa bed and there is no view. If you stay, check the fridge - I discovered too late that the whole thing was set on freeze and it froze all the food I had put into it. The crockery was not all too clean, but that is fairly minor. If you want a good location near the Louvre, this certainly is that.
I schedule for 8:00am check out with the caretaker, and waited for 30 mins and in the end, he did not show up.
The apartment was above a supermarket which they loaded and unloaded through the night, very noisy if you have sensitive to noise
And the coffee machine and cups were stained.
