  We really enjoyed staying at this place. The hostel (gîte) was very clean. We had an amazing view on the mountains from a terrace where we had breakfast. Even though it is situated a bit far from “big” cities, its location allowed us to see both west and east seasides of Corsica (it’s better to rent a car for this). The hosts are super nice. Every... hva folk sier » day they would advise us some new places to go (that are not always mentioned in a guide and only locals know about them) and spend quite some time t - The innkeepers were fantastic, full of information about the area. She suggested a wonderful route through the mountains back to Bonifacio. The countryside was beautiful- mountains, cows, wild boars, cherry trees, chesnut forests, alpine meadows, pine forests down to the sea.
