The apartment is amazing. It fits well for 04 peoples. Clean, quiet and I think that it has best location to reach Lourdes church. The staff are very kind

Just the right kind of place if you want to visit Our Lady of Lourdes. Walking distance from the Church and for the money paid it the perfact stay for the family

Its location in a more peaceful far from the madding crowd spot, away from the luxury hotels and the constant throbbing of buses. Its design, cleaness and the tiny pool very relaxing after a long morning of heat.
While booking I was never told about the sofa bed which proved utterly inadequate to my injured back and knees. Upon complaining I was given no alternative. Wi-fi was advertised yet never a reality, not even in the common areas, still less in the apartment.
The hotel is well situated as we were able to walk to town and see all the the sights.
We booked a "studio" room not knowing that these units are self catering. We were expecting the normal "hotel" room. Nevertheless it suited our needs.
Location was good, and free onsite parking.
Could not get our devices to work with the free wi-fi provided, and assistance from front desk staff was not helpful. Despite the fact that they advertise their staff speaks English, their English was more limited than my French. We had no way to clean our dishes in the apartment other than the paper towels we happened to bring with us.
It was really dirty....
