In planning my wife’s 40th birthday surprise, I looked at many hotels in various areas of Paris, and to be honest it seemed difficult to get something that suited our budget, taste and requirements for a 3 day site seeing visit.

From the moment we arrived, I knew I had made a good choice. Very friendly and helpful staff, a fantastic location and excellent room . . . .clean -
The hotel was really very nice in the center of Paris. It's the same
like you see on photos. We expected bigger room but in comparison to
other hotels the room and bathroom were big. We liked it and next would
prefer to stay there again. Yes furniture is fine and beds were
comfortable :) I would recommend this hotel to my friends!

The hotel was all in all excellent! It is located north from the
Montparnasse Metro-station, just meters from the St.Placide Metro-
station. The rue de Rennes is a commercial street with many shops,
boulangeries and cafes. The hotel itself is a brand new boutique hotel,
decorated with very good taste and the room was super clean and
comfortable. T

I would strongly recommend this hotel for American tourists, especially
for first-time visitors to Paris. At Legend the beds are extremely
comfortable, the rooms are a bit more generous, and the elevator is
actually large. The staff is extremely friendly and accomodating, as
well as professional. Moreover, the location is perfect for first-time
visitors since you are near a major rer station (Montparnasse) and can
virtually go anywhere in the city. And the breakfast they serve has many

There was very little to fault during our stay. Rooms could have been bigger but apparently that's the norm in Paris. The hotel were extremely courteous and helpful. We opted for the breakfast @ 15E the first morning and were not let down. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone considering a trip to Paris. - Absolutely outstanding staff
