We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We've been to Paris several times, and this was a short trip at the end of our holiday in the French countryside. The best booking ever: Warm welcoming, helpful staff always smiling (none is french), we were lucky with an upgrade for the same price which made our stay (3 nights) wonderful. The studio was very spacious, GREAT kitchenette, nice living room with flat TV, spacious and very QUIET bedroom with large bed and big cupboard. We loved the fact that is was great value for money, and was quite close to the subways and the tour busses so getting into town was not an issue. Very neat and clean and close to supermarkets. -
Good price and location. The area isn't bad like people make out, possibly intimidating at first but friendly and cheaper than the tourist areas.

Location: in the middle of a lively area that stays awake throughout most of the night (hotel is adjcent to Moulin Rouge), it is also 50m from an entrance to the metro. Still at night, if the windows are shut - the room is quiet and cozy.
Size: it is certainly not large, but compared to other places at this price range we managed (with 5/8yr old kids) perfectly well inside - anything more may become an issue!
Everything inside seemed to work fine, we even managed to cook one meal :)

The hotel location is very convenient with many cafes, grocery stores and metro stations nearby.
