The Hotel was superb, both in location and decor. We were very pleased with the room and the friendly staff. The room was clean, comfortable, and reasonably sized. It is close to the Paris train stations Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est and a metro station is only steps away. This is a really lovely hotel. Rooms are modern and hip, bathrooms are huge by French standards and have both "rain" heads and hand showers. It's close to Gare du Nord and the Metro.
Plus the staff are all wonderful and gracious, exactly what you'd hope to find.
Big American breakfast in their dining room or can be enjoyed in room.
Great Italian restaurant directly across the street.

A big surprise in Paris ! Quite well located just in front of the Gare
de l'Est, the Hotel offers clean and well-designed bedrooms.
Although it is located in a busy street, the silence inside the room is
remarkable.
I had the chance to get a suite for a relative cheap price (86 €) but I may think that the standard rooms may be a bit small...

Excellent room and great staff, everyone was very helpful and friendly.
Very comfortable bed and a really modern and clean room. The location is
great, we walked to most of the places we went to and you can get right
down to the quarter Latin in about 40mins. If you prefer not to walk
gare d est tube is about 30 seconds away from the hotel door. I would
definitely use this hotel again.

As soon as we entered the hotel, an inviting scent welcomed us. We knew
at that instant that out stay was going to be pleasant.
We liked the design details of the hotel. Every small detail was well thought-of. It looks as nice as in the pictures!
Service was quite good as well. They provided for everything we needed: adaptors for chargers, room service, maps and directions for where we wanted to go to, and taxi service.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We had accidentally booked
our bus ticket for the wrong day and didn't find out until the day
of and the friendly Receptionist helped us contact the agency to rectify
the issue. Thank goodness! The location was close to Gare du Nord and
easy to find. The metro is a block away and very convenient (just be
mindful of pickpockets when you are entering the metro, anywhere in
Paris, as a matter of fact). This Best Western is also located 10
minutes away
