my wife and i just stayed one night at this hotel for transit. unfortunately no time to explore around the place except a casual walk before we headed to de Gaulle airport the following morning. the hotel is well situated at the Gare du Nurd. yet we struggled a bit to find our way as the train station is huge. our room was clean and aircon running well. no complaint. the buffet at 9 euro per head is convenient who wants to start the day early.

Staff was VERY helpful, just one guy whose English wasn't the best(he did make the effort) but everyone else were very helpful and knowledgable.

The staffs were friendly and welcoming. Although the check in time is at 2.30 pm but we were allowed to go in at 12noon. Very strategic area close to train station and restaurants. There are many Halal food restaurant nearby especially for muslim travellers like us. -

Afraid to end up in a smudgy small sized noisy french hotel with bored personnel, this was complete opposite: of course the room was a bit small, just like the beds (I'm almost 2m), but don't go to France if you don't want that.
