  I expected less based on reviews (with all due respect to previous reviewers), but surprisingly staff was very service, polite and helpful, also room & bathroom were restored, neat and very clean.   I really appreciated the location, which felt safe and is close to several metro stations, bus stops and an airport bus. There are also quite a few restaurants and snack bars nearby. The reception is open 24 hours, and the staff were pleasant and friendly. The room was quiet at night, clean and airy, and was great value for money.   Location was fantastic, staff is extremely helpful and polite. Good english as well. The hotel is just fresh refurbished, and very very nice. Will stay there again. - Excellent location, for sights and shopping, small friendly hotel, clean, comfortable and all the facilities at hand.

It can be hit and miss in a big city but this was just perfect for returning back to after a long day of business.   I enjoyed the size of the rooms and the quietness of the hotel. We did look at several rooms before we made our choice, and the rooms do vary in size and situation. It is quite a big complex. The staff were outstanding, and the location of the hotel excellent.   It was a nice compromise between apartment and hotel. Having mini kitchen facilities was great for times when we just didn't want another restaurant meal.   The Location which central to tourist sites + the cleanliness of the room - The location was fantastic, the Scribe is an excellent hotel with very polite staff. The cleaniness of the rooms was very good and the bed was very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.
