  I expected less based on reviews (with all due respect to previous reviewers), but surprisingly staff was very service, polite and helpful, also room & bathroom were restored, neat and very clean.   I really appreciated the location, which felt safe and is close to several metro stations, bus stops and an airport bus. There are also quite a few restaurants and snack bars nearby. The reception is open 24 hours, and the staff were pleasant and friendly. The room was quiet at night, clean and airy, and was great value for money.   I enjoyed the size of the rooms and the quietness of the hotel. We did look at several rooms before we made our choice, and the rooms do vary in size and situation. It is quite a big complex. The staff were outstanding, and the location of the hotel excellent. It was also nice to have the breakfast buffet option. Locations was good.
