  Very smart hotel and pleasant staff. We had a two room apartment which was perfect for our family. Close to a supermarket for any shopping you need. 15 minute flat walk to Marie D'Ivry Metro and 5 minute walk tp REN station. - The room (studio 2 pax) was fantastic. It is completely furnished, soyou can use the Carrefour at the centre mall (about 50... hva folk sier » 0m from the hotel)to fulfill the kitchenete. You save a lot of money that way. The hotelis about 400m from rer station (line c) so you´re about 15min fromcentre Paris (stations st. Michel Notre Damme and Invalides). We stayedfor 4 nights and the room was cleaned every day

  The location was brilliant for Eurostar travellers with a short 15 min walk from gare du nord. The hotel had a lift - most welcome to get bags up to the room. The staff were amazingly helpful and friendly and spoke good English. We had a room for 4 with an ensuite, as I was travelling alone with 3 young children we couldn't be split into 2 rooms, ... hva folk sier » and I didn't want to share a bathroom down the corridor ( common in Parisian hotels) so to find this in a great central location was fantastic. We wal - It was very straightforward and they were accommodating, letting us check in after midnight, and leave our bags at the hotel after checkout, they even advised us on the best way to get to the airport.

  very close to metro. very quiet street in the evening, but not very quiet during the day because the kindergarden is nearby. But it doesn't bother us because we spent the whole days walking in the city. Very nice owner - he was always ready to help us with all the questions we had about Paris, advised us a marvelous restaurant and so on.   We arrived at 10pm and the manager met us and was very friendly and helpful. The location was great. It was a 5 minute walk to the metro, there were a couple of supermarkets very close and other food shops and restaurants a few minutes away. It is an easy walk to the Seine River and lots of the major attractions - Firts I will start with the friendly welcoming from the host. Then the apartment had everything, absolutely everything that we need for our stay and the location was great as we had the main metro lines within a walking distance. The neighbourhood was quiet and we had food stores around us, it was just perfect.I would definitely recommend it to my friends.
