  Staff were very attentive, enthusiastic and helpful - and there was always at least a few present, so speaking to someone was always fast and easy. The guest computer and printer in the reception lobby was a nice bonus too (as I urgently needed to print documents for the semi de Paris. Lastly, I was impressed with the breakfast - a great selection... hva folk sier » of cereals, breads and pastries, fresh fruit, dairy and good quality cold cuts of meat. Fresh squeezed orange juice as well! - The hotel has excellent location right near metro Bercy, 2 stations from Chatelet. There are several nice restaurants and a nice park nearby. Breakfast is nice, no warm meal though. Just ham, cheese, break, croissants (excellent), juice, cafe, some fruits, jogurts. But plenty of all of it and in a good quality.

  Staff very helpfull and spoke excellent English which was a plus as my French is very poor ! Food was very good ,with an excellent choice.Will be booking here again next year. - Proximity to Bercy area and Palais Omnisport

  It was actually my dad who stayed in the hotel and he told me everything was great, staff really made the effort to comunicate to him even if he speaks only portuguese and rooms were perfectly clean, spacious and confortable. Metro station just by the hotel which quickly puts you in contact with the whole city. Great experience. - The breakfast

  The food was excellent, the staff were friendly and helpful. Cabin was nice. Upper cabins quieter than lower ones. - The atmosphere was very romantic and the music perfect for a romantic dinner, the food was fresh and very tasty, we took the dinner on a wonderful boat and the staff did their best and acted very professional.

  The lady in the hotel was super nice and welcoming! She was a delight first thing in the morning and last thing in the evening. Location is great, a stone-throw from the station Gare du Lyon and two metro lines. Restaurants, bakery, pharmacy, super market etc all easily reachable. - - great location (just 3 min walk to the metro, supermarkets, ba... hva folk sier » keries, restaurants around the corner,..) - very friendly staff - infrastructure in the rooms are very good ( wifi, cable tv, comfy bed,..) => I would definitively stay here again!
