Nice restaurant meal at night and good breakfast. Very helpful staff - stayed there 19 years ago and loved it. Hasn't changed except for the better.   The hotel is located in a spacious park and the entire setting is very impressive and of high quality. The hotel owner had been very friendly and supportive in all aspects. The breakfast was one of the best we have ever been served in France. Overall we have very much appreciated our stay - unfortunately we had booked one night only - we recommend... hva folk sier » to spend one extra day to just enjoy the amenities offered by this hotel. - Everything was absolutely great! The personnel, the service, the room, the park, everything was more than we have expected. Silence and pleasant atmosphere, easy access to castles and nice restaurants with absolutely gorgeous food. Best Croissants (at breakfast) I ever had in France!

  Chateau La Touche was one of the most attractive places we stayed on our recent trip to France. It is located in the countryside in the small village of Cormeray. Although its location is rural, it is close the historic city of Blois and close to several of the most lovely chateaus in the Loire Valley: Chambord, Cheverny, and Chaumont. The house/chateau is old, but comfortable, and tastefully decorated with the 19th c. furnishings appropriate - La Touche is brilliantly located for a cycling holiday of the Loire, with 4 Chateaux within easy reach. Louis and Serge are wonderful hosts who do everything they can to make their guests welcome. The pool is lovely and warm and the pool room a great place to relax. We loved our stay.
