Caroline, the proprietor, is very personable and welcoming. The family room where we stayed had an upstairs loft. It was roomy enough for four, comfortable and clean. The owner is very friendly and helpful. The room is OK, being a attic-room do expect to miss some space due to the roof.

An immaculately clean simple style accommodation which was great value for money. There were no frills in the room, no TV or hairdryer etc, but we wouldn't have expected it for the price. The breakfast was typically french with plenty of tea and coffee, fruit juice, croissants, bread and jam, it was efficient to set us up for our onward journey.

Good welcome. Great service. Lady manager speaks v. good English and is v. helpful. I was studying WWII history in the area and she loaned me a rare book on the subject of The Bruneval Raid. Also booked me a table at restaurant next door. Cannot speak too highly of the service and the hotel generally.

Splendidly furnished and individual hotel. Breakfast wonderful and all needs catered for. Rooms all have unique characters based on detectives - I had the Sherlock Holmes suite that was even equipped with a secret door that led to the en-suite! Highly recommended. - Stylish rooms, friendly personal.

The location is excellent, elevated enough for superb views over town and northern cliffs , pleasant stroll into town, and walk round the front of hotel to the spectacular cliffs just to the south (a stiffish climb up the hillside !). Decent sized room and fair price for the honeypot small town of Etretat. Plenty of free on site parking. Walking around the town did not suggest that there were any other hotels of comparable quality.

A very friendly little hotel with very nice rooms and a lovely couple managing it.
We really enjoyed our stay there and would recommend it to anyone wanting to visit the wonderful village of Etretat on a budget. -

We liked the style of the building -staying in a very old building but having all modern services. We liked the 4-poster bed and the situation of our room overlooking the main street of the town. -
This is quite roomy appartment (La Mare), clean an comfotable. You can even catch a glimpse of the sea from the balcony.

You cannot beat the proximity of this hotel to the beautiful beach of Etretat. Within one minute, you are right on the water and can choose which way to "hike" to visit the different vantage points or even the bottom of the famous cliffs.
