We stayed in the executive room for one night. Everything was great.
Large room, good facilites, friendly stuffs. The mattress was amazing.
We both had so good sleep, fall in love with the bed :) our room has a
great view from the bed as well. The location of the hotel is not so
centered, but good enough. 10 to 15 min with tram along the river. I
think it is even better to just avoid the crowd in the center. Prague is
such a charming city. I am definitely coming back again for a longer

The metro station is only 5 metres of the door of the hotel. Thereceiption was very warm-hearted and nice. The room is very big, thefacilities were quite new. The price is very good (with breakfastservice) according to the service they provided. - We have got free upgrade. Excellent brakfast, position at the Metro (underground), silence at night.

The location is fine, just 5 minutes walk from the tram station although we had walked quite far after being misled by the Information staff at the main train station for the first time. No complaints, shower pressure and size were great considering it was on a boat. Breakfast wasn't extensive but couldn't complain (bread, sausages, bacon, eggs, cereals, cold meats, spreads and drinks).

Excellent staff, excellent place and excellant accomodation. Reception is very friendly, she lent me several local currency when I arrived at the hotel. The place is quite easy to access public traffic towards city centre. Nearby there are several countries' embassador's residence. The facilities in the room is very comfortable. Nice breakfast.

He took the time to explain the tram system- it was only 4 stops into the City. He told us where to find the local restaurant, bar and shops. i think the reception service was very nice and helpfull - The restaurant/bar offers some good cheap food as well as pricer options if you want to splash out. The staff are helpful and the reception offers really useful services - like selling tram tickets and stamps.
