  The location was awesome, far from the ugly Zelezna Ruda and very close to the woods and tracks. It must be lovely here during the winter. The rooms are very spacious and modern with higher standard feeling. Breakfast was also very nice but after few days it felt a bit monotonous. Very children friendly.

  My husband and I decided to get away for a weekend and chose this hotel for it's location - fairly close to home and in the Czech Republic. Even though we didn't get the room that we booked, which we only booked that morning, we had a wonderful time and the hotel did provide us with a fruit plate, a chocolate bar and a small bottle of wine - which... hva folk sier » was a nice touch. The service was excellent and the food was second to none (we ate there for breakfast, lunch and dinner). The room was spacious a - excellent hotel with a lot of charm. It is nice to see what they have build up from an almost ruined castle. They are working on a spa too at the moment. The food is very good almost too cheap for the quality you get. There are a lot of outdoor options available in the close surroundings.

  For the money this is one of the most affordable and clean places. Highly recommended for a stop when traveling through that part of CZ - not much to see in the environment except the old palace where Haydn once was kapelmeister. - It is a calm place, there is no noise, the bed is incredible.
