Serviced apartments, not a hotel, but this actually suited us better as we were able to prepare a cooked meal one night. Comfortable beds, everything was clean. We were able to check-out around 9pm to catch a midnight train as no one had booked for that night so that was handy. Staff very friendly upon arrival. -

Staff welcomed us at 1:20am after late flight and helped us settle in with warm drinks and extra blankets.
We also had a super room for the 4 of us in eaves.
Location was also great, just next to Charles Bridge, but still quiet.

Everything! First class service from the moment we got picked up from the airport to when we left. The apartments are gorgeous and they are in an excellent location if you want to see the main sites like Charles Bridge, the Castle n the main square. Probably one of the best positioned hotels in Prague. Right on the square, with an abundance of restaurants and attractions, and easy walking distance to the Charles Bridge. The Heritage building had enormous rooms and high ceilings. In contrast, the bathroom (shower only in our room) had a space age feel to it. Good water pressure and quite roomy. The cave like jazz club under the hotel away from the bustle of the Square, was an interesting option for drinks and dinner with entertainment.
