  Huge, clean and comfortable rooms. Upgraded me to a family apartment at small additional charge. I could live there; it was bigger then my first apartment. Wi-Fi is included. Location is excellent; right downtown. There are great local places to eat and drink in the area. I walked to the Old Town Square, Prague Castle and back to the hotel. Staff were very helpful and the complementary bottle of bubbly wine and note to apologise in advance for the corridor floor work was perfect after our long 5hr journey and late arrival! Right from the initial check in (where we arrived without luggage, courtesy of Air France) the staff were friendly & helpful. The mini suite (Number 105) was stylishly furnished with all the necessary facilities and a fully equipped kitchen although we only used the kettle!! Great location, close to all the tourist sites, bars & excellent restaurants. We will definitely visit this hotel again.

  Mary's Travel was thoroughly professional. The flat was clean and very comfortable. Despite the busy location on Karlovy, it was quiet because it faces the back. We used their transfer service. Driver was punctual and courteous. A great experience! - Loved everything about this apartment!   My wife & I were pleasantly surprised at this small boutique hotel. It is located right in the middle of Prague's Old Town and close to Charles Bridge. All major attractions are within an easy walk (even for a pair of middle aged people). There are great restaurants right on the doorstep or again an easy walk to the square. Shopping is great! ... hva folk sier » The room was spacious and as we were meeting our daughter in Prague - it provided privacy in a Family Suite. We would highly recommend the Aurus Hotel - The staff made Aurus. The girl on reception while we were there (Marina I think, 10th to 12th May) was absolutely brilliant. She was so helpful and seemed happy to help. It was a pleasure to deal with her. She deserves a big bonus as we'd recommend Aurus based on her welcoming and helpful nature! :) There was a little cleaning lady also who seemed very happy and nice.
