Loved this hotel! We have stayed at hotels all across Europe and these
beds were by far the best we have ever slept on! The staff was wonderful
and allowed us to have an early check in and late check out. They were
very accommodating for our 8 month old baby! Location was fabulous!

Staff were very friendly, helpful and there 24 hours a day at reception which was really good. The breakfast was nice and we got a glass of sparkling wine with it (it's never too early for wine)! The bed was comfortable, the room had a minibar, safe that was free to use and a hairdryer. The location was excellent and we also had free wifi!

Great location next to Charles Bridge and 200m to tram stops. Good breakfast and very friendly staff. Our room on the 4th floor was excellent with wooden beams on the ceiling, bathtub, bathrobes, free coffee/tea making facilities and free Wi-Fi. There's also DVD player and you could get dvd's from the front desk. -

Room was nice, big and very clean.
Room and/or the quests were really quiet. You could hear sounds trough the door (mainly the cleaner) trough the door. Absolutely no sounds came trough the walls, floor or ceiling.
The whole staff was polite and helpful.

Metro station across the road, so getting about was straightforward. Hotel is a 10-15minute walk from the Old town & Wenceslas Square.
My partner had a birthday while we stayed and the small gifts left in our room were an unexpected surprise which she really appreciated.

Fantastic family appartment. Huge space with the best views from the dining room window, was like being in a fairy tale. Breakfast was great and in a fantastic location and the breakfast staff were very lovely. Perfect walking distance to everything, Castle, theatre, restaurants, shopping.

The hotel is at a good location for getting around via tram, only a stone's throw away from a frequently trafficked tram-stop. My room was quite nice, had tea and coffe-making apparatus and minibar. Workable, fast WIFI. Comfy bed, nice bathroom with lots of table-space. Reasonably priced minibar, good-enough breakfast.

This was a gem of a find - very close to the old town without being caught up in the tourist trap necessarily. Being secluded on a quiet square with a view of the Tyn Church, the nights were very peaceful and the beds were the largest I've ever seen (exceptionally comfy as well).The bathroom had a large shower and bath as well as heated floors - which was a pleasant surprise on a cold autumn morning. Breakfast was a good standard of a continental style breakfast. Hotel also offers help setting
