  I got upgraded when I arrived. This is a great hotel. The staff is great and very professional (was called on my name). To go from the fittness to the hotel, there is tunnel. At the restaurant the staff is nice and very helpful and look to serve you the best they can (manage to get a dish that was not on the menu). - The hotel was new and in a gr... hva folk sier » eat location. The room was clean, big and well laid out, the gym next door was great, the staff were friendly and the breakfast offered a great variety. The whole trip was great and I will definitely stay there again.

  The service was excellent, all staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The hotel has an excellent location for exploring the old town of Olomouc. Our room was clean and comfortable. - Very comfortable and spacious room
