Fantastic location, right in the middle of the city. Very easy to walk to main sightseeing locations. The Botel also has a car service you can purchase to pick you up from the airport which is very handy as Prague airport only has bus transfers or taxis. Good location, in walking distance to the main sights, clean room with a riverside view, good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff at the reception and in the restaurant, wi-fi was working even in the room (not far from the reception although), with secret deal excellent value for money.

Very large room with dining area. Comfortable bed. Nice to have a shower in a bath tub so you dont get the whole bathroom wet when you shower. The kitchenette is so large and well equiped we felt like it was a full kitchen. We loved the breakfast boxes delivered to us each evening. The location is perfect as well as the price. The Florens bus station is near so I could travel to Vienna and came back very late at night and felt safety. Pizzeria downstairs is also good enough, they have absolutely wonderful soups. Stuff was friendly and helpful. Kitchen with a fridge and a kettle is also useful if you want to safe money on food.

We had very spacious apartment - 2bedrooms+kitchen, very confortable beds. Rooms were single furnished but practical. We visited Prague with two children and we would prefered two singe beds instead of one double bed for them. But for 3 days they can live with that. The apartments are small and cute, you can cook your own meals, the Internet was good, the room was warm even though it was -12 outside. Nice location, close to metro and supermarket. The neighbourhood seems very safe. Helpful staff, it was also nice to get hot coffee and some bread and sweet stuff in the morning sent to your room. All in all a nice stay.

It`s not an ordinary hotel room - I had living room with small kitchen place, bedroom, wardrobe and bathroom and a balcony at Your disposal. the localisation is very good (3 metro stations from city center). Mini-Market in the same building, free parking on the street, few restaurants where You can eat if You don`t want to cook anything (Bagette Boulevard is fantastic choice for breakfast!).

Fantastic family appartment. Huge space with the best views from the dining room window, was like being in a fairy tale. Breakfast was great and in a fantastic location and the breakfast staff were very lovely. Perfect walking distance to everything, Castle, theatre, restaurants, shopping.

Excellent service by the owners. Friendly, polite and helpful. When you arrive they provide you with all the information that you need.
The room is like a big studio flat with an open plan brand new good quality kitchen and a big table.
To get to the city center you can take the metro (15 mins walking+ 15 mins on the train) or walk 3 mins and take the trams number 3 combined with tram 17 and be in town in 25 minutes for 24 czech korone (=1 Euro or £0.85).

It's difficult to say anything negative about this splendid hotel.
Right from the initial check in (where we arrived without luggage,
courtesy of Air France) the staff were friendly & helpful. The mini
suite (Number 105) was stylishly furnished with all the necessary
facilities and a fully equipped kitchen although we only used the
kettle!! Great location, close to all the tourist sites, bars &
excellent restaurants. We will definitely visit this hotel again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Prague (despite some poor weather) and in particular here in U Lilie. The accomodation has been first class and the staff/owners have been superb.
