Once you ask them about anything, they would promptly get you the best solution. The restaurant staff were very nice and breakfast was superb. - The room was large and the location fantastic. They also let us keep ourparking and put our luggage in the baggage room after check out so wehad additional time in wonderful Karlovy Vary.
