We had double room on first floor which was very good. There was very big terrace with tables and chairs, we had AC, tv. Everyday rooms were cleaning by staff and everyday we had clean towels. We were delighted with the apartment, it was spacious with a lovely balcony with views of the bay. The shower room was modern and the bed was very comfortable. The owners were friendly and went out of their way to be helpful providing us with everything we needed. We also enjoyed the swimming pool, a lovely place to relax. Very high specification throughout. Modern, Spacious, bright with loads of storage space for clothes, toiletries and your suitcases. It was extremely quiet during day and night. Although it didn't bother us there are lots of steps up to property from promenade but its worth it.

We spent 10 marvellous nights at Tija 1 in June/July. Location-wise these have to be one of the very best apartments in Cavtat. Not a huge hill to negotiate, very close to town and a beautiful view right across the bay to Dubrovnik. Maro, Sandra and their extended family made us so welcome. Very special people. The apartments are very clean and in an ideal location, with lovely views across the harbour.

We have spent one night there on 21st June 2013 with a friend and everything was just perfect! We had a 2 rooms appartments with 2 balconies with an incredible view on the see.
