  We've had the most enjoyable stay at Hotel Frankopan in Ogulin this summer. The staff were the most professional and welcoming we've experienced in Croatia. We visited the local museum and had an excellent tour there. We are looking forward to the new Ivana Brlic Mazuranic house being built and would love to visit again. The one in town we were recommended by the recetion lady was fantastic food at very low prices. The location suited us fine as we were just overnighting on route to Zadar.   Location, Staff - very friendly - The Hotel was just off the Freeway which was great for travelling the next day. The room was very basic and hot as there was no air conditioner. The Bath towels were only hand towels. It is difficult to dry yourself with a hand towel. Breakfast was very basic. The Internet did not work very well.
