  I was coming from Dubrovnik and we were 1,5 hours late because of the Bosnia-Croatia border crossing. Nevertheless, our host Lovre was still waiting for us and actually was in communication with our previous host trying to find out if we were save. He even gave us a cell phone that is assigned to the guests of the apartment. The apartment is very ... hva folk sier » big and fully equipped, dining room, tv room, kitchen, and of course bedroom. I think it has a very good location, the old town is within a nice 10min - We liked everything about our stay. The owners were really friendly and helpful and they wouldn't bother us during our stay like it happened in other apartments before. It is literally 10 minute walk to downtown Split and 3 minutes to the local supermarket Konzum. The apartment is superbly furnished yet practical with all kitchen appliances incl. coffee machine. There is even a small patio with a table and chairs in front of the apartment.

  One of the best places I have ever stayed! I loved that the place we stayed was within the the neighborhood, I felt like I lived there. The place was secure, clean, had all the amenities needed including a washing machine!! I loved that it was so close to the city center and had so many great places to eat around it. Our apartment was very chic, comfortable and with excellent facilities, including the sunny balcony where we regularly dined. The location is fantastic and within easy walking distance of shopping, restaurants and local attractions. Most of all, the staff are outstanding. Always helpful and charming - nothing was too much trouble. We would highly recommend Divota to all of our friends.

  The hotel went out of their way to accommodate us and make our stay enjoyable. We traveled with our 16 month old daughter and my husbands parents and we all enjoyed our stay. Our first night, it was raining and our hotel arranged for us to order dinner from an excellent restaurant and eat it in the hotel dining room with wait service. Breakfast has a good selection to choose from. Rooms were comfortable and modern. Would certainly stay again given the chance.
