Nice place, very clean, a little bit of a walk to get into the town but manageable. We had a flight at 6:40 am so it was too early for the owner to drive us but he normally would for later morning flights. He arranged a taxi for us instead, was about 130 kuna for the taxi.
location was good great views and quiet, friendly owners and very good value for money, nice size room. 5 min walk to sea front and bus station, take no 10 bus to Dubrovnik runs every half hour 20 Kuna each way

not many apartments have a pool and this one was a godsend after steep walk up from beautiful town of Cavtat. Airport pick up arranged easily, it is literally a 10 minute drive. Bathroom was cleaned every day, towels replaced a couple of times in the week which was fine
2 bedroom apartment but no separate sofa so it was a little small for just relaxing in. Decor is quite old fashioned. Kitchen is v basic, 2 ring cooker and minimal utensils! would have been nice to have some basic touches such as salt and pepper

A beautiful venue..our room was on the top floor with an amazing view as far as Dubrovnik. The Villa is extremely clean; our room was cleaned every day. The owner Ivan, his wife and his sons were very friendly and accommodating; they also have a family run restaurant on the harbour called Ivans- go check it out. The food was great..espeacially the cevapcici. Ivan also kept our luggage and let use a spareroom to shower in once we had booked out at 11am as our flight wasn't until later. He also gave us a lift to the airport; nothing was too much trouble. Great value for money all round

Comfortable spacious and clean apartment with excellent views overlooking the bay from our balcony. Very peaceful area with a small swimming pool. The host family were extremly friendly and Ivan even drove us to the airport after our stay.
The walk uphill was difficult in the heat.

You must remember to close balcony shutters in the evening or on a windy day, but no problem when you get used to it.
Friendly greeting by the owners who went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay, even giving us a lift back to the airport. We had a top floor apartment which was very comfortable, the view of the bay from the balcony was outstanding. The pool was also a bonus after the walk up from the town.

Friendly owners and spacious appartment! Short walk from town centre and harbour. 5 min. drive from Dubrovnik airport, the owner drove us there for free.
We were delighted with the apartment, it was spacious with a lovely balcony with views of the bay. The shower room was modern and the bed was very comfortable. The owners were friendly and went out of their way to be helpful providing us with everything we needed. We also enjoyed the swimming pool, a lovely place to relax. It is up a small but steep hill, 5 minutes down, 10mins back up.It wasn't a problem for us, we are in our sixties and we were happy to do this pleasant walk 2 or 3 times a day.

The walk up the hill was a bit of a killer but the taxi's were good.

Staff friendly. Clean and tidy and excellent value. Has excellent swimming pool and loungers if not wanting to go far. Not far from main centre. Good shower.Would definitely go back there. Also good for self-catering with everything you require. Generally don't need to use as there is a large range of restaurants / cafes in Cavtat with good menus and reasonably priced.
On a hill but not too bad compared with other villas which are further up the hill.
Room was very large with kitchen facilities, extra clean bathroom, sitting area, beautiful terrace. Very nice decor. Owner was very friendly and drove me to the airport at 5:20 AM.
Didn't stay long enough!
Everything was perfect: city, weather, hotel, big and clean apartments. We lived in apartments for 4 (2 rooms). Very friendly and nice owners and staff. They had bought a baby cot for our son and gave us microwave oven. Villa Voinic has a small good pool - rare for apartments and it's very nice addition. Our older son spent much time at this pool. Hotel stands a little bit far from sea on the hill, but it's normal for this region
