It had a really nice view over the Bund. Everything was white and clean.
Staff was really attentive and they helped us on our problems with a
lost passport. It had a washing machine. The kitchen, while not
spectacular, is quite adequate for a short stay. Has a really good
location, just a few mins from the Bund. -

I found the hotel so great in term of cost, location, cleanses and overall staff assistance though I found English language were little problem with them but they so cooperative and helpfull. -

The location of this hotel is perhaps only surpassed by its design. The rooms are something else here! Very well thought out, they could well be the best I ever stayed in. I would also be surprised if the pool did not get any design awards. Awe inspiring! -

Didn't know about our Booking .com reservation on arrival so we took a more expensive room; but worth the money - a really comfortable luxury hotel. Staff we're extremely friendly and helpful. Great breakfast and top floor happy hour viewing area. -

Perfect location just a block from the Bund. It's literary 4 minute
slow walk to BigBus stop. Room was not huge but not tiny either, no
wrong smells, no dirty spots, nothing what could direct me to more
expensive/not so central place. Our room was on the 2'nd floor
with the street view-gave me a chance to see street life. No long

The Hotel is located in a perfect position. The staff can speak english
enough to solve most of the problems. The room is ok, bed are
comfortable and the bathroom is nice. Furniture is not new and elegant
but come on, the price is ridiculous and it's China! Enjoy it!
