Wonderful location -- right on the lake -- and the hotel grounds are really well landscaped. Food is excellent and the staff very attentive and friendly. I especially liked the gym. -

The staff all helpful & friendly "one American staff member called Cris" in particular, nothing was too much trouble !! probably the best hotel i have stayed at ( they are actually like apartments ) FANTASTIC PLACE TO STAY !! -

The rooms are spacious, very clean and extremely well finished and
decorated. This extended into every detail through the whole hotel, from
lobby to hallways and rooms to a level you don't see very often in
China, specially not in this price class. Bed was of superb quality.
Break fast was nice with a good choice between Chinese and Western food.
Also the food from room service was affordable and very tasty. Best
thing was the spa, never had such a good massage anywhere in China.

Breakfast room at top floor - Staff were very friendly and helpful, but shy about talking with a westerner - I was the only one staying there! Location is great. Decor is excellent. Single room was really big with a double bed. Non-smoking bedroom really was non-smoking(no lingering smell) - a rarity in China.

The best hotel I stayed in China. Staff is very pleasent. Western options in the jw marriot menu, nice swimming pool. Dont have this weird smell that you feel sometimes due to chinese cuisine. Nice executive room and good options for western breakfast in the 16 floor. Internet in room.

The staff is friendly, even if they speak a little English. They can provide you only few additoonal information regarding how to rent bicycles, going to local traditional restaurants, activities and so on only because of their poor English. If you can speak/understand a little Chinese they can give you good advice. Anyway, on a wall in the hostel

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights on the executive floor with lounge facilities! The hotel room was spacious, very clean and tidy! The check-in was quick and efficient and the staff were very pleasant. The staff at the reception counter even brought us to our room.

I spent there only night because I arrived to hotel very late. I don't like this style of mixed Russian and American. Hotel is comfortable and nice but not I like. I booked executive room and I went to breakfast to special lounge I didn't like breakfast there. Maybe there is nice viewing on city throu window but breakfast was poor.
