This is such a good hotel! Great value for the money, in the middle of the shopping street! The staff was so helfpful, followed us to the pharmacy and told the staff what we wanted (since they not speak english anywhere). I got sick so we extended our stay one night, then we had to change room, but due to the inconvenience they upgraded us to a deluxe room, just like that! :) such a good service. Chengdu is such a great city! Dont miss the pandas!.
alle vurderinger » Very convenient location in the midst of Chunxi Road but rather noisy as shop vendors competing loudly for sales. The bed was clean and comfortable with no unpleasant odours but the room ceiling was low and the corridors were dimly lit due to energy saving lightnings.The receptionists were courteous and helpful will return again. i like the staff there, they are really helpful. When my friend and me wanted to go for day trip and needed early breakfast, the staff helped us to pack the food. The breakfast is simple but nice. The front desk staff are good, they helped us to contact people. I really thanksful to all the staff there. The location is excellant for shopping and transportation is within reach. The staffs are friendly and helpful ,especially the counter staffs. Really nice hotel, very big and clean room, very good breakfast, excelelnt location. Location is excellent, but very hard to reach by taxi. Price/quality is good. Pedestrian street is 50 m from the hotel. But there is noisy. Great location in downtown Chengdu. Clean room. If we have to say anything it would be that not everybody speaks english, but even if they didnt know how to say something, they used a translation site on the computer :) we're really satisfied with this hotel, and we really recommend this to others! :). The breakfast lack variety and the coffee tasted awful,. dont like the toilet door beco is not fully covered the whole toilet... can smell when one person inside doing "business" very stink. hope the door can remove and change. Staff do not speak english - but after all you can understand each other. Very very poor English. The first day we had a problem with the toilet. There was a very strange smell in the whole hotel and in the room. The entrance is quite inconspicuous. We were dropped from taxi by the hotel nearby and had to find our hotel under rain. Common problem: poor or zero English. Wifi sometimes unreliable. Cable internet works only occasionally. Staff speak little english. It is not a proper hotel: no lobby and the lifts are shared with other offices and tenants in the building. The entrance to the office is at a back-lane. It is more like: the office building has been converted into hotel rooms for the upper floors. Not sincere in rooms arrangement esp. those early birds booking with promotion rates, they are giving you rooms at the dead ends of every corner and distance you with your young children.
