This is like going to stay with your favorite relations. There are no fake welcomes here - Karen and Jose take you in and you are one of the family. Their friendship is never overpowering and you can opt out at any point. We chose to enjoy everything that they offered and thoroughly enjoyed it. The building is architecturally interesting and fitted with a host of items that just add to the comfort and understanding that you are staying in someones home. alle vurderinger » Excellante! Never met better hosts.Jose,Karen & Monica go above and beyond for their guests. We feel at least 90% of running a B&B are the hosts, and these folks are the best. We were also surprised at how easy it was to travel the whole city and beyond from their location, yet avoid the noise and confusion of locating in the more touristy parts of Valpo. The accomadations are very clean and the hosts wonderful. Combined with a easily accessible location, you cannot beat Casa Henao. We . the B & B was Fantastic....Jose and Karen are so so great., we also do not speak much Spanish., and they speak great English., Jose is a wonderful man., takes such good care of his guest., and they go way beyond being owners., I would highly recommend this B & B., also we want to thank Jose for all of his years of service to our country., he is a true champion and a person who cares about people and doing the right thing., you will be in excellent hands if you stay there., breakfast w. The owners, Jose and Kare, are wonderful and friendly. They obviously love Valparaiso and were more than helpful with suggestions on what to do during our visit. I have nothing bad to say about my stay there!. Small complaint: The door lock was broken on our room, so we didn't feel comfortable leaving the computer and camera in the room when we went on day trips. I'm sure it is fixed now though. Our room was right over the dining room and family's quarters. Could hear all of their discussions late into the evening. All good. Check if you want a private bethroom. N/A.
