Everything was great... best accommodation of our whole 8 week holiday. Very helpful fluent English speaking staff. Our apartment on the 21st floor had an amazing view over Santa Lucia Park and the city and Andes, everything was just exactly how it was advertised and better. The location was great. The price was very good. The food was great value for money. Above all, the staff were excellent and bent over backwards to assist one and, in our case, even with issues not related to our stay at the hotel. Will definitely stay there again. -

The staff were very helpful, patient with me when trying out my poor Spanish and gave great advice on places to go and to eat. The building is fabulous with masses of character and original features.
