Loved the location. It´s very close to Cerro Santa Lucia, about 2 minutes away from the subway and almost on the corner of Jose Victorino Lastaria, a street with many bars and restaurants. The room is clean, spacious enough, there´s a good closet (since we stayed there for a week, the closet was very good). Good bathroom. There´s air conditioning (essencial for the hot sumer in Santiago). Good price. We would stay there again!.

It is on a quiet street, and if you wish to have extra tranquility, you can ask to get a room not facing the street in front. The apartments are very new, clean, and modernly decorated; they are small but have everything you need for a short stay. The owners Viviane and Elias are friendly and helpful. Excellent facility. Great location in the middle of the city. Lots of dining options within steps of the building and a very nice grocery nearby. Very comfortable. Clean. We felt very safe. Three minutes from a metro stop. Self-service laundry available on-site. Excellent housekeeping staff. An excellent experience. Fantastic location... could not ask for a better place to stay in lastarria. If you are happy with an apartment and do not need the facilities of a hotel, the these apartments are perfect. Neat ,tidy, well equiped, comfortable, great location, excellent doormen who were very helpful. Everything was very good, especially the location. Great location next to Lastarria park and only a few minutes walk to the city centre. The apartments are modern, with basic kitchen facilities. The rooms are small though, and cold in winter. The room is too bright in the morning! And I don't like the shower curtains! There's no breakfast, but they have a kitchen where you can prepare it, and the lady does the dishes afterwards, so it´s ok... The rent for these apartments is a little bit higher than it is for several other similar apartments in the Bellavista -Lastarria area. However, the building is brand new and located on a quiet street. I would have wished to have a more familiar feeling in the decorating - they are all clean and new but a little bit unpersonal. Otherwise everything was great!!. As non-spanish speakers, we stumbled through check-in...but the people were very nice and everything worked out just fine. It is a residential apartment building, so don't expect a concierge...but they do have an excellent housekeeper. Our apartment was on the ground (1st) floor. It had sliding glass doors (no windows) which opened up onto a communal inner courtyard. For security, we kept the doors closed, but would have liked some cool, fresh air particularly at night. Also the inner couryard is like an echo chamber, a problem if other guests party on their balcony into the wee small hours which some did when we were there (not the fault of the owners, obviously). nothing in particular. The only thing that the entrance (when you look for it in the first time) is kind of "hidden". Not really a problem. Staff were friendly however had very limited english (they are, after all, Chilean). No suitable for those whom need a lot of front desk services as it's operate like a normal apartment. The entrance to the apartment block needs touch up. Most rooms face west so can get quite hot in the afternoon as there is no shade. Airconditioner works OK but you must open window to allow hot air to escape via a large hose. My apartment got very hot during the day when it was only 24degC. It cooled off quickly with the cool nights but could get a bit hot in the heat of full summer. There is a portable airconditioner but I didn't try it. I liked everything. Apartment faced west and could get quite warm. Portable Air con on floor in bedroom seemed to generate more heat that cooling and water ran across floor from unit when operating. Therefore could be very hot in high summer and cooling not adequate. Communication a bit hard as I don't speak spanish and the hostess has no english. I did think I had organised an airport transfer but no- one turned up. Guy at the door was great!. Slamming of the apartment doors by some other tenants was quite annoying. Noisy. The apartments are close to a busy restaurant and bar area with people being very loud at all hours. The apartments too have hard floors, and occupants are not afraid to slam doors. We didn't sleep much the three nights we spent there.
