The decor and location was really lovely. The staff was excellent, helpful and friendly, they all spoke very good english, they made our stay pleasant.Rooms were very clean and tidy. Wonderful staff and great location. Permanent free fruit and coffee much appreciated. Comfortable room. Excellent value for good business location with many restaurants nearby. The staff are amazing. They could not be more accomodating if they tried. I will be staying there again on my next trip to Santiago :-).
