The extremely helpful and friendly staff - they go the extra mile for you 2. the location right in Toronto's downtown, step outside the door and walk across the street to the Eaton Center or simply go downstairs to the subway 3. the view of the city with breathtaking sundowns and a beautiful Skyline at night - from floor 8 upwards 4. the interior - very tastefully furnished and really unexpectedly spacious - two bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen: even sugar and milk for your coffee 5. .

They wanted to explain the ways to operate the room controls and the wifi. 2) Attention to Detail by room staff: Go and check for yourself: Stunning! 3) Caring: My wife stated that they (concierges) were truly concerned when I didn't come back from the parking lot in time. One of them stayed with my wife and the other stayed outside the hotel to . Stayed in penthouse, was excellent, balcony(2) was great on top of Youge St as well as Toronto's action. Staff and housekeeping outstanding. Shopping and subway right there. Subway great as for once I did'nt rent a car and got us everywhere we needed to go fast and cheap. Will definitely rebook penthouse again in future. Lovely clean suites, no wait for elevator and very helpful staff (thanks Paul) Great location for shopping and just hanging out! The unit had good size with kitchen, washer dryer, microwave and coffee maker two bathroom it is very good. location,and value for money. location,staff,. None.... Was difficult getting there as Youge St was closed due to Buskerfest festival. Park around the corner at a public site and walk to the suites. 5min. Workout space could use some more equipment-free weights, more cardio equipment? Small towels in workout space would be handy too. This was key for me, the bed wasn't comfortable at all and won't stay here again because of this. For such a luxury suite, I was expecting a king size bed for the price we paid to stay here. Inconvenient parking. Spotty internet. There was no hot water the morning I checked out. Consequently I had to leave with my luggage to work and travel for an entire day without showering. I was very surprised that I did not receive a discount. I did receive a polite but casual apology from the staff. St. Michael's Hospital was located next street over. There was a lot of helicopter traffic at all hours. Finding the parking entrance levels from the shopping area in the Eaton Centre was very difficult to find upon check out from Yonge Suites. I hauled my luggage around the shopping centre 45 minutes trying to find entrances to the parking area. I didn't know how to use the telephones. I used my cell. tv.cable connection difficult ?faulty. Penthouse -F Very small living room,Very uncomfortable coach,no cleaning for a whole week, Problem with1st Wi-fi connection,and 1st try to connectTV/Cable (fixed by Paul,very nice gentleman) Tiny room upstairs very hot because thermometer is downstair in the living room. 10` more up stairs than in living room. Poor window insulation,noisy traffic 24/24,( Had to sleep with ear plugs) Expensive for the size and details like insulation,A/C,cleaning. 1st grocery store about 10/15 min walk. I stayed there three nights and they never made up the room neither change the towels. there is no staff at the front desk. no house keeping,. there is no house keeping you have to clean your suite by your self.
