The Breakfasts were more than expected each day. The Host, Roc took orders for pancakes or omelets each day, enjoyed with the choice of fruit, yogurt, croissants & coffee.
Blandine checked me in & out, and was very courtious and helpful with tour pamphlets & explained where tourist spots were found, on tour guides or maps. Le Chasseur was the most budget friendly B&B that I had stayed at in Montreal, in the last 10 years. alle vurderinger »
Staff and owners very pleasant and accommodating. Location very
convenient to the Metro and inexpensive parking. We left our car parked
for the entire visit. Beautiful old building with exposed brick and lots
of trim work. Ac in the room (#4) worked well or we could just open one
of the the newer windows. Breakfasts were also one of the high points of
our stay. This will be our first choice for future visits to Montreal.
I fell in love with the bed. Seriously, the bed was the best part of the entire room.
The room itself (queen w/ bathroom) was surprisingly gorgeous. It looked better than the pictures!
The breakfast was absolutely delicious. Their cook was very talented.
The location was very convenient, close to the station and downtown. The value for money is excellent, the matress and pillows are very comfortable and the breakfast is superb, prepared at the moment just for you and delicious!.
I loved the location and the breakfast in the morning. Next time I will try to reserve a bigger room. I had a wonderful experience at Le Chasseur.

Breakfast was great :).
There was a room being renovated next door, so we had to deal with that for six hours. Luckily, our bedroom activity benefited from the extra noise. ;).
The stairs are quite narrow and steep to carry the luggage, but it is not very traumatic.
Students live down stairs, on the first florr and there was a huge party on our first night. Total nightmare. NO ONE was there to help us or talk to the people on first floor or even call the police (if that could have worked in Montréal). It doesn't matter how comfty is the bed, or delicious the breakfast when some noisy uncosiderate people play loud music until 3AM and you re all by yourself.
