  They were very friendly family, couldnt do enough for us, we had a small problem when we were there, an earwig was in our room, immediatly they wanted to change our room, but, I said hey our room is on ground level you have to expect the odd bug to get in, other then that we had a great time, also, the next day even after check out, they let us le... hva folk sier » ave our baggage /bags there until we left that night at 10pm, I ask u would any of the other big hotels let you do that without it costing you extra m - Very nice place, budget-friendly and very spacious rooms as well. We were located right at the heart of the action, just a couple of minutes walk away from Clifton Hill where all the action is happening ! No cab or bus necessary, everything is at a walking distance. Staff was very nice to us and we would for sure consider going back there if we travel back to Niagara. Thanks a lot !

  I liked the location. Right next to a great Japanese Restaurant. On Fallsview road it had access to 2 stores and at the end of the road, a host of restaurants and night life. It was also a nice walk to the Falls by far then taking anything other budget hotel/motel on Lundy's lane. Good location, Have stayed here severaly times and told my relatives about it and they have stay a few times too. I would not even try any where else on less the Fairway was full.

There was no parking when we returned at 11:30pm and the man behind the desk was quick to offer to move his car for us. we were impressed and will be back. We had a king bed that was perfect for the 3 of us with plenty of room. hot water was ample for the hot tub. Overall very pleased!

  Room was nice front desk was very helpful and always smiling when I was there - My daughter and I stayed for a night. When we first got to the room we noticed the legs on the bed were broke. The property was well kept, the woman at the front desk was very friendly and the room itself was very clean. The Plasma TV, micro wave and air conditioner all worked fine.
