  Front desk lady was very nice. A/c was great. Room was clean. Shower and towels could have been bigger. Beds were comfy but my wife didn't like them,, she's weird. Over all great price for the room. O and t.v was good along with fridge and micro wave. - Clean and tidy. The small microwave, fridge and table was great to have.   Great value for 60$/night comparing to other places around. There was a fridge and a microwave in my room, which was a nice surprise as these were not mentioned in the description. The bathroom looked new as well as many other things - they probably made a renovation recently. About 10 minute drive from McMaster University and Hamilton City. Judging by the number of - the quiet night I had , and the birds chirping in the morning! I liked that the owner was very hospitable and carried in my bags, he made sure everything was good for me before I rented the room, I got an early room check and liked it, then signed up! He also accommodated all my needs, nice personality.

  It was a very quiet setting behind the office. Very clean and tidy. The room was just the right size for 2 adults. The bed were very comfortable. The pillows were excellent.
