Almost everything - location, parking, friendly staff, good brekfast. We've been given a 15% distound for the restaurant near Tsarevets on the reception. Hotel allowed us to leave car on their parking after we checked out so we didn't have to look for a place to park while we walked through the city. They offered us free coffee for free and almost everything was perfect.

We arrived late but the owners made us very welcome. We had no trouble finding the place with Sat Nav. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. The shower is lovely and the room has air conditioning. Breakfast the next day was nice. The owners do not speak English but with google translation we got by. We are continuing our stay here. -
