Extremely comfortable hotel. We arrived couple minutes after 10 pm, and still were served our half board. Even though there was a wedding in the hotel the service made sure we are given enough attention to fill welcomed.
We were also given an apartment which we actually did not expect so that was a nice surprise.

This is the second time we have stayed here as a family. Apartment House Bulgaria suits our needs very well, easy to reach by car, but good access to the centre of the city via the tram (even with a pram) so no need to stress about driving and parking in the centre. Also Bulgaria Mall is only a 3 minute walk away for any shopping needs.

The room service staff were at your door everyday asking you if you wanted your room to be clean.
This is a good service and they were all the time friendly and smiling.
The breakfast was healthy and was a variety of everything.
Bar kitchen, bellboy and reception always helpful and facilitating everything to the needs of the guest.

We stayed at this hotel for one night only. Hospitality is a good word to describe it. The personal is very polite and helpful.
It is very good for transit because it is located on the Sofia's south ring, closer to the motorway.

and the prices are reasonable - not more expensive than a restaurant in
the centre of the city. The breakfast is made to order and there is lot

The location is perfect, above Sofia, just 1 step away from the woods of Vitosha mountain. It's the right place for relaxation, fresh air and good sleep in the nature. There is a beautiful Sofia night view from the terrace.
The hotel is well designed, with lots of facilities and beautifully decorated interior. Overall it is the right choice for a one or two nights stay, if you want to be in the nature, away from the big city noise, but at the same time just 15 minutes from the center by car.

It was my second time when I stayed with Princess Hotel and I should say
this time I received much better impressions vs. Nov. 2012. First of all
the room on 11 floor (before it was 5th floor) given to us was bigger
and cleaner, furniture is not old (at least it looked like), with
necessary facilities (slippers, shower-gel, conditioner for hairs etc.).
I noted improvements around breakfast. Water in the swim pool was nice,
