  I have to say it's a lovely place to stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful, food and appearance and location of the hotel are just excellent. I really enjoyed stay in the hotel Italia, and the next time I will visit Bulgaria I stay without a doubt in that place.

However, there was no one at reception the whole time, and whenever any minor issue arose, it turned into a major issue, because no one was there to accommodate.
