A very pleasant hotel with the friendliest owners I have met. Had a great time, the traditional meals were very tasty and very cheap, the wine was excellent. Not very far from the gondola. The sauna and the jacuzzi were very relaxing and the wifi was working great. - Good position, lovely owners, great value.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights 15th-18th June. Having been travelling for most of the day through the mountains on the superb narrow gauge railway from Septemvri to Bansko it was late and we were tired. We had a fine stay at Pirin River Spa. The hotel is well located, 15 min walk away from gondola and 5-10 min walk away from the town (depends where you want to go). There is a non-stop shuttle service of Pirin River Spa to the gondola and back in the morning, and at the afternoon. Except the given hours you can also call the shuttle for free to pick you up. stay there the best it could be. Not only did they allow us to check-in
to our room at 5am (normal check-in is at 2pm) but they helped book our
transfers, provided extra in their welcome pack (beers, wine,

The staff was willing to help you. E.g. I had some questions about public transport by bus to Sofia and they immediatly answerde my quetsion by searching on internet and offerde me to bring me to the busstation. The room was good and there was a big choice of food while having breakfest. One evening I ate at the restaurant which was also really good. The Teddy House is an nice not to big place to stay!

The guy from the reception is very kind. He was waiting for us, even we arive a little bit late. the room is more than enough and clean. for us it was a perfect place for 3 days - we wanted to stop in our way to Greece. but we want to come back in winter time and we will gladly choose these apartments. -

We were in the apartment for 3 person. We liked the view to the mountain, the location that is upper on the mountain, it's quiet and relaxing, the spa, the big pool, the heated chairs, the fireplace at the entrance, the polite staff.
The design of the rooms is very modern.
We had all the amenities in the kitchen (we even had a dish washer). Bathrobes and slippers are provided on the reception.
