  i really liked the staff and owner of the hotel.they are very very friendly and helpful about everything.the room was clean and they cleaned it every day.breakfast was great.also we had no problem with heating.if you are skiing, hotel is 5-10 minute walk from lift, for that price of hotel, i could walk 1 hour to lift :D - The room was very nice ... hva folk sier » - clean and warm , the hotel location is good , the staff was very helpful and friendly , the food in the restaurant was excellent .   We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights 15th-18th June. Having been travelling for most of the day through the mountains on the superb narrow gauge railway from Septemvri to Bansko it was late and we were tired. A delightful receptionist greeted us and informed us that she would be upgrading us from our booked 'Budget Studio' to a more deluxe studio ... hva folk sier » at no extra charge. The studio was wonderful being very spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. We had a balcony which provided us with spectacu - We had a fine stay at Pirin River Spa. The hotel is well located, 15 min walk away from gondola and 5-10 min walk away from the town (depends where you want to go). There is a non-stop shuttle service of Pirin River Spa to the gondola and back in the morning, and at the afternoon. Except the given hours you can also call the shuttle for free to pick you up.
