Please note that an optional gala dinner is available on the 31 December, and can be booked directly at the hotel. Children from 5 to 12 years accommodated in a regular bed with 1 adult are charged a small price for half-board. A second child from 5 to 12 years, with 2 adults paying the regular price, is accommodated free of charge.

Information about the area

One of Bulgaria's best-kept secrets, the historic town of Bansko is situated in the south west of the country in the foothills of the beautiful Mount Pirin. The mountain's twin peaks soar to over 2900m and its breathtaking alpine beauty combined with the area's history has resulted in its adoption as a World Heritage site.

Bansko's re-emergence as Bulgaria's 'newest' international ski resort owes much to its good snow record and excellent ski runs, catering for skiers of all standards, from beginners to experts, in a season which lasts from mid December to mid April. The many cultural monuments and museums of the town add a historic ambiance which blends perfectly with the facilities of a modern ski resort.
