very friendly. The Bell staff (Nicholas) was very helpful and
accommodating. The Housekeeping did a great job of respecting my privacy

It's one of the recently renovated hotels and for the price you pay it's excellent value. Great location (5-10 min walk from the affluent streets) , breakfast is great, staff is polite and helpful. Internet is painfully slow sometimes, but I have stayed at worse places for much higher price in SP. So, I cherish it. -

I really enjoyed the service provided by the following staff:
Paulo Rogerio from the night shift kitchen staff, Etevaldo from the day shift and the night manager Fabio. They saved the hotels reputation as I found the other staff quite average. -

have a stand on the corner, so it is really convenient. Room was like an
apartment. Small living space with a couch and a tv. There was a sink as
well. Nice closet space and good size bathroom. There is no tv in the
bedroom but that was not a problem for me. Weekends are much

The newly remodeled rooms are something...queen size beds typical of what you find in the US, large LCD, and perfect for long term stays.
