The location is just perfect. It is right in the center of the old city center (upper city). A perfect location to explore Salvador. The area the hotel is in is newly renovated and is safe to walk around freely during days and nights.

The hotel is charming. The staff are among the nicest, most helpful and
accommodating I've found in all my travelling. The room and bathroom
were spacious and clean, the bed could have slept 4 people! The location
of the hotel was great for tourists, shopping (although touristy
shopping mostly) and taxis were abundant and within a 1 minute walk.
Good restaurants were plentiful within walking distance as well.

Good location, on the beach front but with the pool between the rooms and the main walking front and restaurants so not noisy at all. Staff was great, very helpful, some even speak English! Excellent cocktails at the pool bar! -

Hotel was beautiful and our favourite so far ( and we have stayed in many). The bungalows are beautiful, clean and very romantic. The hotel has been kept pristine and the manager is always around and is very helpful. Staff are very friendly too and can give advice on travelling around. more restaurants and bars you just can make use of the shuttle from
the hotel. Worth to explore beaches around and enjoy some snorkelling.

yummy breakfast with lots of choice and hot dishes that changed each day, while you eat there is a gorgeous view of the mountains and lots of exotic birds to admire.
dinner at night was also very good, it took a wee while but was worth the wait as you could tell each dish was cooked to order.
