The Motel Emen was just wonderful. The rooms were spacious and modern,
with a large terrace, where we could do work and relax if we needed.
Breakfast was included and absolutely delicious - not to mention the
other meals the hotel provided. The service was incredible and this
hotel is situated very close to the Mostar Bridge, right in the heart of
all of the action. This was a great place and the staff made us feel
right at home. I would recommend it to anyone.

Shangri-la is beautiful, with exceptional decor and comfortable beds, couch. The hostess/host are kind and helpful, the kind of hospitable people who make you want to return. The breakfast, which we enjoyed one morning, was much better than most in the region, with a variety of foods, including eggs cooked to order. I felt safe; everything worked. The only reason we used another pansion later in the trip is that we wanted a kitchen. Shangri-La is very close to the old bridge.

The hospitality of staff was so kind. We adored Ambra who took great care of us. She served our welcome drink and breakfast on rooftop terrace, and took the time to talk to us about life for the locals in Mostar. Suzanne and Nez were extremely helpful and friendly. We called from a few blocks away and they met us in their car to lead the way. Their home is in the heart of Old Town, was demolished in the war, and has been completely rebuilt. An amazing story. You could not ask for better hosts or a better location to see Mostar.

The staff were excellent. From the minute we arrived until we left they were friendly and very helpful answering any questions we had about the area. The room was clean and very well equipped with shower gel and hand soap provided. A rarity on the continent. The hotel is situated in old Mostar, a few minutes walk form bars, restaurants and the bridge.

We stayed at this accommodation for one night and found the staff to be helpful and friendly. The room we were given was spacious and had air con in the bedroom and adjoining lounge. The room was clean and comfortable.
Breakfast was superb. Everything was fresh and plentiful and refills if you so desired. 1st class accommodation and good value for money.
