B&B Brigitte & Alain is a wonderful B&B in sw Brussels in
Uccle. It is very well run, has simple but very comfortable rooms and
Bridgitte's breakfasts are superb. Wonderful croissants, pastries,
bagettes, cereal, juice, endless coffee and best of all she is a
wonderful person to be around when you eat. She is multilingual and over
the 8 days I was there, I learned a lot about almost anything we talked
about. It was a great way to start the day. Alain her husband, was there

Well, honestly I liked everything. It has just all you may need during your stay whether you sleep over 1 or 10 nights. Very clean, new and quiet room with the bathroom, TV, coffee/tea and the teapot to have a refreshment during the day. I would like to mention very comfortable bed as for me it's quite important :)
Breakfast is indeed superb as been said several times by other people. Every day fresh bread, croissans, squizzed juice and other tasty things would make you a perfect mood to start.
Brigitte is an excellent host, and really makes you feel at home. The
room was clean and comfortable and a very nice size. The breakfast
provided is plentiful, offering good variety and fresh selections ...
and Brigitte enjoys sitting down with her guests for breakfast to share
stories and offer ideas and suggestions for your travels in Brussels. It
is a very easy bus trip into the city centre.
Very good value for momey! Owner has breakfast with you. Keep that in mind if you do not like to chat in the morning. The breakfast is simpel, but sufficient. Nice bathroom, very clean in general, good location towards the highway and city. Easy to find a parking spot, but there is paid parking (do not know the times, because machine was broken). Will probably go there again.

Certainly not a deterrent.
I wouldn't recommend Brussels for more than a day ... and the graffiti that covers the city is a real eyesore. But Brigitte and Alain's B&B makes the stay enjoyable and relaxing.
The only remark I could think of is the quality of the matras and pillow. This is ok, but I had better, also in the same price range, but... never in a city for this price. Rooms are not big, but again, take in account the price! Seen form that perspective, no remarks :-).
Limited space in bathroom for gadgets (razor, toothpaste etc.)
Limited number electrical wall connectors.
