I liked it very much. It's friendly, clean, efficiently run, and it is well positioned in a quiet locality just a stone's throw from the busy Mariahilferstrasse. Well placed for the excellent Vienna underground. -
Location clean very helpful. Owner is the face that serves you. Easy directions good district. We would stay there again definately.

I liked the location (close to the city center and 5 minutes walk to the tube), comfort and cleanness of the apartments. There are several food shops and restaurants nearby let alone the famous market.

While looking for apartment, we thought of booking it within Vienna Innere Stadt. Considering affordability we settled on Kimi Immobilien. And our choice turned out to be fantastic. Easy accessibility to Tram and Underground (Schottentor Station at walking distance of 3 minutes). Tram Routes D and 1 are fantastic to go around the major attractions

Terrific location - just outside the Ring, 2 minutes from public transport, Rathaus, a cheap supermarket nearby and several restaurants within 0-5 min. walk.
The stuff is very helpful & friendly. We had all the facilities we needed inside the apartment, which is comfortable & cosy.

Stayed at the Sans Souci in mid-February for three nights.
Overall, an almost excellent stay.
Positives:

I spent a week in Vienna in November with my adult daughter and had a
wonderful stay at the Sans Souci. The staff was terrific. They welcomed
us warmly, patiently answered our many questions, and overall made our
stay very pleasant. The intimacy of the hotel appealed to us, and the
location was great. We walked to almost everything, and the u-bahn and
tram were at the doorstep for anyplace else. There are restaurants
nearby; we ate at the hotel-recommended Cafe Biedermeier twice, in fact.

The position is central, jusr few minute walking from Mariahil...., The rooms are big and clean. Please note if you travel by car there is no parking at this hotel, need to park on the street and is quite expensive, 4 Euro for 2 hours :(. We travelled by car and we park in a Park&Ride facility for just 3 euro per day. The quality / price / location is good for this hotel.
