The fact that it is a Design Hotel, very modern, very clean (great idea the glass bathroom inside the room!). All the staff was helpful, quicj to respond to the booking made by the website and fluent in English. Very nice apartments. We enjoyed the positive atmosphere of the place, it was clean and well-furnished, we found all we need. Staff (Andreas) is very welcome and we quickly checked in. This place is good both for short and long trips. The apartment is very close to Karlkirhe, Opera house, Stephanplatz, Nashmarkt with restaurants, and shopping centers, metro station “Karlsplatz” is 2 minutes walk. Definitely we’ll come again! In an expensive city such as Vienna, the hotel Pension Museum is a terrific find. We had obtained a room rate of 99 E. The hotel is well located - a block away from the U-3 subway which is the connector to the airport train...and also a block away from the National Museum of Fine Arts, the Leopold Museum and the Museum of Contemporary Art. Very helpful staff. the welcoming drink and the daily little lollies on made-up beds are wonderful touches that make the experience that much more personable. Breakfast was excellent with choices and the tea-lady was exceptionally pleasant. The location of this hotel is highly recommendable for those on short stays who are visiting the tourist spots.

Reiste med baby på 7 mnd. Da hotellet var fullbooket fikk vi oppgradering av rom. Det var helt utmerket. Koste oss veldig. Stille, selv om rommene lå ut mot trafikkert gate. I like the decision to mix the lobby bar with the reception services, as it brings more atmosphere and is welcoming even if you are coming in early hours. Also you may have a coffee while you are checking out. Being bartenders and receptionist the same time, bring a friendly and different approach than standard hotel reception.
