1. The apartment's location is excellent - a couple of minutes on foot from the Museums quarter. Also, the facilities (supermarket, bakery, metro and tram stations) are close. 2. Despite the proximity to the center, it is quiet as the apartment faces the inner yard. 3. alle vurderinger » Clean and comfortable. Good location (the Innere Stadt and Museums quarter were just a few minutes walk away). Shops and transport just outside the apartment building. Restaurants in Spittleberg just five minutes walk away. Quiet and peaceful place to return to at the end of a busy day. The apartment is very spacious and very well situated (a short 5 min walk from the main tourist attractions). Though the building is on a relatively big street, the apartment is very very quiet, as it is in the building's inner yard. Free WiFi is always great to have :). Cleanliness is a given in Vienna, but the apartment was minimally tidied up! The housekeeper waited us until 10.00 pm and gave us all the attention giving the instructions. The apartment is completely new and very well maintained. Very friendly and helpful staff. Apartment is very nice. The center is reachable at walking distance or by tramway/subway. Very near to nice shopping area. The room is quite spacious and near metro stations, not too far from the major tourist spots. The owner is very helpful as well!. The apartment is located at the ground floor, meaning that for privac's sake the curtains must be drawn. Not a big issue. 2. The lady that provided us with the keys speaks only German. However, she's made a big effort to make herself understood, and, as I'd mentioned, Christian is readily available on phone. Very minor niggles - would have welcomed more cooking utensils in the kitchen on the occasions we ate in. No washing machine, although stated on the description. There were some problems with the water heater while we stayed. When having a shower, the heater needs to be switched on and off several times in order to keep the water hot. I had some issues with the water heating system, but it was a circunstancial problem, I think I just had bad luck. The rest was perfect. No air conditioning, hence not very comfortable at +37 Celsius. A shower gel would have been useful but it's ok, because it's an apartment.
