Really friendly staff (all family) and a great location next to Klopeiner See, the warmest lake in Austria). This hotel is bead and breakfast only but they have an agreement with a lakeside hotel just across the road which serves great food with a view of the lake and mountains beyond. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. -

We like spacy appartments with a terrace. Stylish 'old' furniture, wooden floor at the appartment and silk carpet in the living room. Great position (front of the lake). Very very kind and smiling people. Room clean, tidy and well furnished. I needed to have the breakfast 30 minutes before their usual opening time and unexpectedly this wasn't a problem for them. Rich breakfast. For the dinner I made use of a clever convention with a nice restaurant in fron of the hotel. -
